PLEASE NOTE, IT IS ASSUMED BY Dog Minding Central Coast THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED.

Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation, Dog Minding Central Coast will offer a percentage of the booking payment as credit according to the amount of notice given prior the booking date.

Credits will expire 6 months after date of issue and will not be re-issued as credit if cancelled.

The credit return rate are as follows:

-More than 28 days notice: 100% credit

-28-14 days notice: 70% credit

-14-7 days notice: 50% credit

-Less than 7 days notice: No credit applied

 

10% Deposit

For bookings made over 2 months in advance and deemed appropriate by Dog Minding Central Coast’s owner, a non-refundable 10% deposit fee will be required to be paid within a week of an agent being assigned the booking. If this deposit is not paid within the week and appropriate communication has been made by Dog Minding Central Coast, Dog Minding Central Coast reserves the right to cancel the booking.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Dog Minding Central Coast’s booking hours are between 8am and 6pm. If you require pick-up or drop-off outside these designated hours, Dog Minding Central Coast recommends booking an additional day. An additional night’s charge will be applied if pickup or drop off are made outside these designated hours.
  2. Full payment is required prior to the designated drop-off time. Dog Minding Central Coast agents reserve the right to refuse dogs if full payment has not been received prior to drop-off.
  3. Confirmation of a booking is dependent on your dog having a C5 vaccination, desexed and current flea, tick and worm control. Proof of Vaccination must be provided to Rachel before payment. It takes 2 weeks for a vaccination to have full protection. We won’t accept any dog that has just been vaccinated. You need to wait the 2 weeks.
  4. Dog Minding Central Coast will always attempt to find a minder for each booking enquiry, but there is no guarantee that a suitable minder can be found.
  5. Bookings will not be accepted without a meet and greet with the minder and both parties agreeing to the assignment.
  6. Any dogs that bark excessively or display unaccepted aggression, as deemed by Dog Minding Central Coast’s agent, will not be considered as a suitable dog for minding. If such behaviours are shown post drop off, Dog Minding Central Coast reserves the right to have the dog removed and rehoused at your expense. NO REFUND/CREDIT given.
  7. All dogs must be delivered wearing a strong and secure collar that attaches to a strong lead or harness that will be suitable for restraint during walking.
  8. Dog Minding Central Coast’s clients are responsible for food expenses for their dog(s). Food must be provided at drop-off and any additional food expenses will be charged to the client.
  9. All dogs and bedding must have been washed prior to drop off. Any dogs showing evidence of fleas will be rejected and NO REFUND given.
  10. It is not the financial responsibility of Dog Minding Central Coast if your dog injures itself whilst in the care of Dog Minding Central Coast (or their agent).
  11. If your dog requires attention from a vet, it will be arranged and executed by Dog Minding Central Coast (or their agent) with the understanding that all charges to be paid by the owner.
  12. While your dog is under care of Dog Minding Central Coast, Dog Minding Central Coast are authorized access any veterinarian records required to provide proper care for your dog(s).
  13. The cost of any damage that is caused by the client’s dog, to either property or person, is the clients responsibility.
  14. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, bookings made prior to any increase will be honoured.
  15. All payments are to be made directly to the owner of Dog Minding Central Coast, not the agent responsible for the booking.
  16. Contract length is one (1) year, but Dog Minding Central Coast reserves the right to amend at any time.
  17. Once your dog’s holiday has begun, there is no refund/credit if your dog is collected prior to the end date.
  18. Any changes to your booking dates are to be made through the owner of Dog Minding Central Coast, not the agent assigned to the booking.
